Deposit problem
My Touch n Go balance was successfully deducted but BK8 platform informed that the payment has failed. Contacted the support multiple time but they keep giving excuses that it is under investigation. At the time of writing(ca. 3 hrs after deduction) my case has still not been solved.

I have a problem with Bk8!
I have a problem with Bk8!
Some time ago on chat I was told that I can register on their site from Europe and also on forums is clearly advertised that they are accepting players from our continent. I made a deposit, lost it, made a second and won little amount of money. Then I found out that I have to register a phone number to receive Otp and register a withdrawing address. On chat BK8 told me that in order to change the phone number I have to made another deposit, and I did so. Then I was told to send a document to verify that my phone is entitled to me, which I did also. Today they told me that they are not accepting phone numbers from my country and are refusing to give me a solution to withdraw my funds. Without Otp there is no possibility to withdraw. Their customer service are like bots, they are polite but refuse to give any solutions giving same dumb answers. I think I’m being scammed out of my money. Currently I have approx. 450 usd on my account. Worried about my money

BK8 refuse to deposit my money
I made a mistake and deposited on this site from a third party (I used the withdrawal from another site to deposit on BK8 just to speed up the process of depositing). The deposit did not went automatically as in any other site. I chatted with BK8 and provided them with the hash, the account address from which the money was sent and also screenshot of the address on my BK8 account. Everything turned up perfectly; they have received the money and I have been honest since the first interaction with them that I made the mistake to deposit from a third party. They refused to finish the deposit asking for the receipt of the deposit made from the wallet, knowing perfectly that I can’t provide that. I even asked the site that sent the money to make a screenshot but they told me that this is against their rules. BK8 asked me for the correspondence with the site in question and I sent it to them but they again refused today to deposit my money. Really frustrating and I feel that they want just to profit from the mistake. Strange because I’m in a losing run with them.
